Return and exchange policy:
1- Attach the original invoice.
2- The return and exchange process takes place within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
3- Goods are returned in the condition in which they were received upon purchase.
4- The return and replacement clause shall be canceled in the event that the customer has been modified or installed
((cutting the lighting tape / installing chandeliers ... etc.)).
5- In the event of a return, the return value is issued exclusively to the customer in whose name the invoice was issued.
6- The return will be transferred within 5-7 working days to the bank account of the customer in whose name the invoice was issued.
Warranty terms:
1- Bring the original invoice.
2- During the warranty period, the part will be repaired, and if this is not possible for any reason, compensation will be made in cash by calculating the invoice value remaining from the guarantee.
